VMware’s Joe Baguley is one of Computer Weekly’s UKTech50 for 2012

ComputerWeekly has recently announced their UKTech50 for 2012, their annual list of the UK’s top tech influencers and innovators in the world of IT. And this year, we’ve very pleased to see VMware’s Chief Technologist for EMEA, Joe Baguley, appear in the list!

Comprised of key representatives from the UK IT professional, the judging panel’s Top 50 consisted of individuals who were selected for their influence, achievements and potential to benefit the IT sector, as well as their profiles within the industry. Joe’s appearance in the list, alongside such notable industry figures as Sir Jonathan Ive and Liam Maxwell, which was selected by a panel of industry experts and peers, is subsequently a brilliant achievement.

Since joining VMware in July 2011 Joe has been instrumental in developing VMware’s communication strategy with its partners and customers, playing key roles in industry events such as Cloud Camp, and helping drive innovation across EMEA thanks to his years of experience in, and expert knowledge of, the IT sector. Congratulations Joe!
