Believe it or not, VMworld isn’t the only major IT event happening in October. We’re also seriously looking forward to IP Expo in London this week, where over 15,000 attendees will gather at ExCel in London.
VMware will have a major presence at the two day event, taking place Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th October. You’ll have the chance to hear from experts on solution success stories, as well as explore how VMware’s technology is transforming the future of enterprise IT.
Our newly-appointed, Chief Technology Officer, Ray O’Farrell, will be delivering a keynote presentation on “One cloud approach to rule them all – any app any device” in his talk in the Keynote Theatre on Thursday from 11am to 11:30am.
The wide availability of mobile and cloud means that today’s businesses are under pressure to provide quality services to their end-users under tight time constraints – and this inevitably has an impact on IT teams. Ray will discuss how IT is delivering against this backdrop and address the questions this transformation is provoking.
Head over to the Hybrid Cloud Theatre shortly after Ray’s keynote and you can also catch a talk from our EMEA CTO, Joe Baguley: “A cloud for all seasons: vision and reality”. Starting at 11:40am, Joe will discuss why there’s a real need for a ‘one cloud’ vision and thinking that seamlessly unifies the private and public clouds, that is built for all applications, and that offers the performance that is the reality for digital transformation.
With 19 theatres filled with over 300+ seminar sessions and great networking opportunities, we’d highly recommend you head along. If you’ve not signed up yet but would like to attend – you can sign up for free over on the IP Expo Europe site. Follow our Twitter feed for updates about our upcoming events and speakers.
