What a first day at VMworld Europe 2014 in Barcelona!

What a fantastic start with our general session yesterday morning! If you didn’t quite manage to catch everything, or just want a recap, this collation of our favourite blog posts of the day will help you to stay in the loop!

  • Viktor is live at the VMworld Europe 2014 in Barcelona and summarised the most important announcements of the keynote session from this morning for you here and you can also look at Barry Coomb’s awesome doodles for an insightful, easy to read summary of the key note session
  • You’ll find more insights on what’s new in vRealize Automation 6.2 on The Saffa Geek and for an introduction of VMware EVO Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Solutions head to Chris Wolfe’s post on the VMware blog
  • For an overview of what has been happening so far and a summary of the days leading up to the VMworld read Ather Beg’s Useful Thoughts or follow our daily dispatches from Oliver Roll, VP, Global Corporate Communications
  • Finally, we recommend this post from Ian Noble to hear from somebody who visited VMworld for the first time, and lessons learned!

If that’s still not enough then stay tuned, there’ll be more today! We are thrilled with yesterday’s outcome and are looking forward to another great, content packed day today!
