Four Reasons to Attend VMware Online Technology Forum

The VMware Online Technology Forum is fast approaching. Running from 9am GMT on Wednesday 25th November, the virtual event is free to attend and offers a huge amount of valuable insight for the VMware user community.

Ahead of the conference, we count down the top four things we’re most looking forward to…

  1. Learning how to run, build, deliver and secure any application, any time, any place:

Taking you on the full application journey, the day will open with a complete overview on bringing new applications to the market. The presentation will be run in six different languages and offers vital insight for IT departments who want to be at the leading edge of enterprise IT.

  1. Checking out the Hands-On Labs:

From 9:30am onwards, attendees will get the opportunity to test drive VMware products directly from their browser with the Hands-On lab sessions. The forum has a very exciting selection, including:

  • Virtual SAN 6: From A to Z
  • VMware NSX Introduction
  • VMware vCloud Air Disaster Recovery

There are seven sessions overall – hear more from the lab captains themselves here.

  1. Get the low down on the infrastructure behind the Software-Defined Data Centre:

The Software-Defined Data Centre is one of the hottest topics in technology right now and at the VMware Online Technology Forum attendees can learn the ins and outs of the infrastructure demands for SDDC. Touching on everything from vSphere through to EVO:RAIL, NSX and Virtual SAN, VMware is offering a comprehensive rundown on some of the most pioneering technology out in the market.

  1. Listening in on the VMware Expert Q&A:

Hosted by none other than Joe Baguley, VP CTO EMEA, this is your chance to quiz some of VMware’s foremost experts on the latest tech trends and developments. As the final session of the day, running from 1pm GMT, this is your opportunity to listen to some of the biggest names in the industry wax lyrical on everything from software-defined datacentres through to Hybrid Cloud and DevOps.

Remember: VMware Online Technology Forum is free to attend and you can register now.

See you there!
